This PR improves the model card for the PyFi-QwenVL-3B-47K model:

Updates the pipeline_tag to image-text-to-text for better categorization.
Adds the apache-2.0 license found in the source repository.
Links the model to the research paper (arXiv:2512.14735) and the official GitHub repository.
Provides a detailed model description and training specifications based on the paper.
Adds the correct BibTeX citation.
