Anime-lite model does not work

Whenever attempting to use this model, the page simply returns "OSError" and does not process.
Thanks for reminding.
But someone else tested it and told me the performance is even worse than the general version on his anime images.
So, I set the model as private. You can skip it. I may release a new and better version of it someday.
